Crochet patterns

I am a beginner, will I be able to follow your patterns?
My patterns are written for advanced beginners, meaning you need to know the basic stitches like chains, slip stitches, single crochet, double crochet, and triple crochet. You also have to know how to make a slip knot and how to fasten off. Everything else will be explained in the pattern! All my patterns include photos of every step and most of them also include charts, graphics, and diagrams. This makes them very easy to follow, also if you haven’t followed a pattern before.

If I buy a pattern, how will I receive it?
If you purchase a pattern, you will automatically receive the download link in your order confirmation email. You will also be able to find the download link in your account on this website: go to ‘My account’ and then ‘Downloads’.

I haven’t received my order confirmation and/or my password via email, what do I do?
If you’ve purchased a pattern but you didn’t receive an order confirmation or your password via e-mail, make sure to check your spam folder. If you can’t find it there, please contact me and I will help you out.

Can I sell the items I make with your patterns?
Yes, you can, but only in small quantities (you can sell them as an individual to friends/family, not as a business). And you should ALWAYS mention me as the designer!

Can I make a tutorial based on your pattern?
No, I don’t allow my patterns to be used for videos or any other kind of tutorials. My patterns are meant for private use only.

Do you sell crochet items?

I haven’t found what I’m looking for, can I order one of your designs in a different size and/or colour?
No, I’m currently not taking custom orders.

Payment methods

What payment methods do you accept?
I accept all major credit cards (i.e. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Cartes Bancaires), Apple Pay, iDeal, Bancontact, EPS and bank transfers.

Is payment safe?
Payments are handled securely by Mollie. No credit card or payment information is handled or stored by Cucurucu Crochet.

Shipping of ready-made crochet items

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship worldwide.

What is the shipping method?
I ship with PostNL. You will receive a tracking code.

How long does the shipping take?
After you place an order I have to manually accept it. I will then ship it in the next couple of days. For orders within Europe, shipping will take approximately 3-7 business days. For orders outside Europe, shipping will take approximately 8-20 business days. If you want to know exactly how long it will take to ship to your country, you can always contact me.

What does shipping cost?
Shipping costs will be automatically calculated when you go to checkout.

What about import taxes and customs?
Some countries outside of the European Union charge import taxes or customs duties for shipments. Before you order, please make sure you are aware of this! In many countries however, extra taxes only apply to high order amounts (i.e. above 800$ in the United States). As a customer you are responsible for paying any fees imposed on you by the customs authority of your country. When in doubt you can always contact me.

Returns and cancellations

I have accidentally bought two of the same patterns, what do I do?
Contact me and I will refund you for one pattern.

Can I return a pattern?
No, you can’t return a digital item, so please be sure of your purchase before buying.

Can I return a crochet item?
No, you can’t return a physical item, so please be sure of your purchase before buying. You can always contact me if you are not sure about something (such as the size).
