The Eileen vest is a unique layering piece, made from lacy flowers which are joined as you go (no sewing). Made to be worn over a t-shirt or blouse, this design is both simple and elegant, and makes every outfit look special. You can choose between a waistcoat (open on the front) or a sweater vest.
The pattern consists of a beautifully designed PDF in the house style of Cucurucu Crochet, as well as a clean, minimalist version for easy printing.

SIZE: made to measure (meaning you can adjust it to your own measurements).
SKILL LEVEL: intermediate. The pattern includes written instructions, photos of every step, illustrations, and stitch charts to help visual learners.
LANGUAGE: English (I use US terminology).
YARN: cotton, weight 3. I used 5 balls of Katia Capri (1 ball = 50 g/125 m/137 yds) and I usually wear size M. However, this is a weight 2 yarn and if I made it again, I would use weight 3 instead. Hobbii cotton 8//6 is an example of a yarn that would work well.
CUSTOMIZATION OPTIONS: this is a 2-in-1 pattern which includes instructions for a waistcoat and a sweater vest. The length is adjustable.

Really lovely pattern makes a really nice peace. some parts are worded quite confusingly which made some parts difficult to follow but on the whole a really nice pattern that i have reccomended to friends.
