Description
The Frances cardigan is a slightly cropped cardigan design with flared sleeves and pompoms. Choose between a bright multicolored cardigan or a more modest unicolored one. The Frances cardigan is an easy project which is great for yarn scraps. It can also be made for kids!
SIZE: this pattern is made to measure, so it can be made for any body 🙂 also for kids! The pattern includes instructions for how to customize the length of the cardigan and the sleeves.
SKILL LEVEL: advanced beginner (you just need to know the basics). This pattern includes written instructions and photos of every step, so it’s very easy to follow!
LANGUAGE: English (I use US terminology)
YARN: you can use almost any yarn you like (I recommend yarn weight 2-4), so this is also a great project for yarn scraps!
CUSTOMIZATION OPTIONS: it’s very easy to customize the shape of this cardigan, so it will fit you perfectly! You can adjust the length, although the cardigan is designed to be a bit cropped. The pompoms on the sleeves are optional and can be left out.

The proportions didn’t turn out the way I wanted. Because you have to adjust the length first,my cardigan was way to wide! So it actually turned out to short and to wide and weird on my back. Fixed it by making it a wrap around cardigan.
