Description
The Meggy mesh pattern is a 4-in-1 pattern: you can make a mesh CARDIGAN (photos 1-4), SHRUG (photos 5-8), TOP (photo 9-10) or DRESS (photo 11-12). The flared sleeves and ruffled collar create an iconic 70s look. It’s a very quick and easy project, perfect for when you need a last minute concert or festival outfit!
SIZE: the pattern is made to measure, but please note that the dress fits best for size L and smaller (because of the way it’s constructed, you might find it a bit more difficult to find the right fit for bigger sizes).
SKILL LEVEL: advanced beginner (you just need to know the basics). This pattern includes written instructions, photos of every step, and graphics, so it’s very easy to follow!
LANGUAGE: English (I use US terminology).
YARN: you’ll need yarn weight 4 (Medium/Aran/Worsted) or weight 3 (Light/DK/Light worsted). I used 9 balls of Drops Paris (1 ball = 50 g/75 m/82 yds) and I usually wear size M.
CUSTOMIZATION OPTIONS: the pattern explains how to make a mesh cardigan, top, shrug, or dress. You can also choose between flared or straight sleeves, and it’s possible to adjust the length.
Enjoy crocheting!
