Your information
If you bought a physical item or made a custom order, I will only use your information for shipping and to contact you about your order. If you bought a pattern, I will only use your information to send you the pattern and to ask you to review the pattern a few weeks after you purchased it.
Payment options
Payments are handled securely by Mollie. Payment methods include credit card (VISA/Mastercard), American Express, Apple Pay, and iDEAL. No credit card details are saved on this website.
Payments are done in Euros. If you pay in another currency than Euro, you are responsible for checking the currency conversation rates that might be applied by your bank and the final amount charged in your currency. No rights can be derived from the approximation for other currencies than Euro that Cucurucu Crochet provides on product pages, as this is an indication for you convenience only.
Refunds, returns and cancellations
It is not possible to return a digital or physical item or to get a refund for them. Please be aware that if you purchase something, your payment will be final and you will accept this condition, so be sure of your purchase before buying. Only if you accidentally bought two of the same patterns you can get a refund for one of them. If you buy a physical item and it gets lost or damaged in the hands of the postal service, it will not be possible to get a refund. Physical items will be send with tracking if possible.
Custom orders
It is not possible to return a custom order or get a refund for them, as they are custom made for you to measure. Please be aware that the price of the order will be based on the material costs and my labour costs, which depends on the required sizing for the custom order (larger sizes take more time to crochet). You are solely responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes and tariffs to be paid if you are located outside of the European Union.
Patterns
When you buy a pattern, the digital file will be automatically send to the e-mail you provided (check your spam folder). Patterns are for private use only and may not be distributed. You are not allowed to sell designs made with my patterns or to record any kind of tutorial based on my patterns.
